Cancellations, No-Shows & Lateness
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. If you have to cancel/reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment then you will be charged a fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment then you will be required to pay the full amount of the appointment cost.
if you are running late please contact us to let us know. If you are 10-15 minutes late we may not have the time for a full design/colour, but may still be able to do a plain BIAB set. If you are 20 minutes late we will not be able to carry out the appointment and you will be required to pay the full appointment cost. Any no shows will be required to pay the full payment cost before being able to rebook with us.
